Navigating Grief - Afternoon

This group meets on five consecutive Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. throughout the year in De Pere and is open to any adult member of the community who has experienced the death of a loved one. Meetings include topics such as common reactions to grief, memories, coping and adjusting to new roles, self-care traditions and finding hope.

** Please Note - Minimum of 4 RSVP's to hold session**

** Please Note - For each five-week offering, the group does close to new members after the first meeting out of respect for the group**

Navigating the Waters of Grief - Spouse Loss - Evening

Navigating the Waters of Grief is a 5-week support group held in De Pere and is open to any adult member of the community who has experienced the death of a loved one. Meetings include such topics as common reactions to grief, memories, coping and adjusting to new roles, self-care, traditions and finding hope as related to spouse loss.

Understanding Grief - Gillett

Understanding Grief is a monthly support group held in multiple locations within Unity’s service area for any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one. Meetings will include such topics as common reactions to grief, memories, coping and adjusting to new roles, self-care, traditions and finding hope. This year, groups are scheduled in Wausaukee, Marinette, Sturgeon Bay, Kewaunee, Gillett, and Shawano.

Understanding Grief - Sturgeon Bay

Understanding Grief is a monthly support group held in multiple locations within Unity’s service area for any adult who has experienced the death of a loved one. Meetings will include such topics as common reactions to grief, memories, coping and adjusting to new roles, self-care, traditions and finding hope. This year, groups are scheduled in Wausaukee, Marinette, Sturgeon Bay, Kewaunee, Gillett, and Shawano.
