Unity Hospice Celebrates the Opening of their Resale Shoppe, LLC

Green Bay, Wis. – Brown County is gaining an exciting new option for shoppers wishing to maintain their lifestyle on an increasingly tight budget; while helping others in need. Unity Resale Shoppe, LLC is set to open in the Airport Plaza strip mall, 1641 Commanche Ave., near the intersection of Packerland and Hwy 172. This location will offer shoppers up to 7,000 square feet of high-quality retail space.

“We are excited to be offering both a desired service to our patients and their families, as well as the
general Green Bay community,” commented Alicia Schram, Unity Resale Shoppe, LLC Manager. The
location will offer ease of access with ample parking and donation area, making the store fully
accessible to shoppers and donors.

The new shoppe will be showcased with a fun-filled, grand opening event this summer, but will be
accepting household donations beginning April 18th and open to shoppers in early May. Donation hours
for April are Tuesday through Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. General store hours
beginning in May will be Tuesday through Friday from 10am-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm.

This new venture is designed two-fold. The first is to provide patients and families, as well as others in
the community, an inviting place to part with their loved-one’s belongings or household items they no
longer need. Sales from these items will generate revenue to help support CommUnity Care, Unity’s
philanthropic dollars which enable under-and uninsured patients expert end-of-life care, regardless of
ability to pay. The Unity Resale Shoppe, LLC will graciously accept donations of housewares, furniture,
books, jewelry, antiques and other items. In limited quantity and excellent condition, it will also accept
donations of adult clothing and shoes.

Unity is continuing to seek volunteers to help with sorting, receiving goods, displays, and working in the
shoppe. For more information on the Unity Resale Shoppe, LLC visit www.unityhospice.org or contact the shoppe at (920) 339-5501.
