Core Values
Unity’s core values represent our highest priorities -who we are, what we believe in, and who we want to be going forward. They are the foundation for how we go about our work on a daily basis, how we interact with others, and which strategies we implement to fulfill our mission.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging
Unity is at the heart of change
Unity chooses to embrace the significance of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. We believe that growth is achieved through active listening and continuous learning, and that
demonstrating value involves recognizing both the apparent and hidden qualities in every individual. At the heart of our organization lies a steadfast commitment to integrity, compassion,
care, and dedication. As the pioneering nonprofit healthcare provider in Northeast Wisconsin, we respect the unique journey of each individual's life. Unity will foster a culture of
diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a sense of belonging that every patient, family member, employee, volunteer, and community partner truly deserves.
