Unity Hospice Golf Classic July 20 Thornberry Creek
Unity Hospice Celebrates the Opening of their Resale Shoppe, LLC
Green Bay, Wis. – Unity, Northeast Wisconsin’s leader in end-of-life care, will host its 2nd Annual Unity Hospice Golf Classic and charity auction at Thornberry Creek on Thursday, July 20, 2017 to benefit patient care for those critically-ill in our communities.
Registration is 8:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m. Fee for this four-person scramble is $175/player or $600/foursome and includes 18 holes of golf, cart, golfer gift, lunch and dinner. Participants will be able to enter various competitions held in conjunction with the tournament. Raffles for terrific items such as Packer items, one-of-a-kind autographed memorabilia and event tickets will be held. A limited number of golf foursomes are still available and will be sold first-come, first-served. only Treatment Plus palliative care program for those facing critical illness in the last 7-24 months of
life and stays at the Jack and Engrid Meng Hospice Residence. Unity believes that the end-of-life
deserves as much care and respect as the beginning and is committed to providing this care regardless of
